2023 Schedule Thread

I know they've said that season ticket holders get a free subscription. I wonder if that's limited to the team they support. So, a City Member would get free access to NYCFC games but has to pay for the rest of the league.

They didn't say anything about this, so I am just speculating. I doubt it would work this way, but I can't rule it out.

And to be honest, this wouldn't really impact me in any significant way (if it I were still a STH) as I rarely catch any matches outside of ours. The free ones would more than satisfy my non-NYCFC cravings.

The official announcement says: "Each full-season ticket account will include one subscription to the MLS Streaming Service on Apple TV." I think that's clear that you get the full service. There's fine print, but it doesn't alter my reading. If anything it reinforces it when it says "Access to the new MLS Streaming Service on the Apple TV app will be included as part of paid full-season ticket accounts."

The only caveat would be that the announcement isn't a binding contract, but apart from that, I'm confident STH's get the full package.

does anyone sit in the supporters sections at Citifield. How would the moving of the walls impact that corner. They are moving in the wall slightly.

If these Queens stadium reports are true, I wonder if we start to transition to more games at Citi Field and fewer games in the Bronx, since our long-term home will soon no longer be in the Bronx. Might be something to keep an eye on when they release the schedule.

Completely unrelated, but I really enjoyed the 2019 preseason where the club was playing in Abu Dhabi at like 6 AM EST. It sounds like shit on paper, but it was kinda fun waking up early, watching some footy, then going about the rest of my day.

Am I wrong or did they say the schedule would come out in mid December

I don't know if this is has been stated under "key dates" or anything, but just saw a Red Bull commercial on FOX during WC coverage that said their season begins February 25th. So I guess thats when MLS opening weekend will be!

Yeah the league announced LA and LAFC were playing at the Rose Bowl on the 25th, so that is opening weekend.
