An exciting 15+ minutes of the match for us.
A win at home that we really needed after the disappointment of Sunday.
I don't think Mena on the right worked all that well. He gave the ball away that lead to DCs first goal.
Shelton with a couple of really nice plays that lead to two goals. He really made a difference.

Quality of play aside, it's great to know that we can tie it up late, and go ahead late, and then go ahead late again. No pouting or poor body language, instead just persistence and intensity to get it done.
Crazy game. Frank is just so damn clutch. Pretty bummed that I wasn't able to make it to the game tonight.
The game against Dallas in a couple of weeks will be MASSIVE. Of course I'm going to miss that one as well ...

Just got home and didn't see an of the game or the highlights yet. What did Saunders do? Was he especially to blame on any of the goals? Or was he his usual self no other comment needed?

Wonder if the haircut is symbolic of shelton maturing but he i thought he played well in limited minutes the last two games.
Looks like we went to back to the WM for the first time since the spring. looked better with the 3 man line than mena at RB. didnt like mendoza in the midfield. shelton for a tired allen really made the formation pop.
no more mena at fb. bravo made some bad passes. he brought energy but is that enough to justify a purchase?
i think we are now seeing the results of vieira not rotating players. real messy passing and lack of chem.
