So is this worth watching at all? I started my vacation a few hours ago.. Likely have no time tonight as I have to pack and get ready to leave tomorrow but maybe at least try to do the condensed game.

Saw the tweet so I guess I'm good lolI'd watch the uggo goal and just turn it off after that.
Well, to be honest, when you have folks such as Tommy and RJ being lauded and then started, someone, somewhere is missing the mark. This is the rule in MLS for probably the next decade:
After every season, cut your entire bench and take half of your starters and bench them for better players. Your worst five starters aren't good enough for the league anymore. The league has blown by our fringe players.
Pirlo's cooked. Did we use our buyout already? I forget.
Kosmos USOC match all over again.Listening to SITC: Ring queationed effort of teammates in post game interview
Me too.
The podcast is up on their website but not on iTunes yet, and it often takes 2-3 days to show up there. Is there a way to get it on my iPhone before then? The download button doesn't actually download on a phone, so that's not the answer. It just opens a stream player within the browser and if you exit it disappears and I don't think works in the subway.Listening to SITC: Ring questioned effort of teammates in post game interview

Hmmm, mine showed up on my Podcasts app on my iPhone yesterday morning. The podcast is up on their website but not on iTunes yet, and it often takes 2-3 days to show up there. Thanks guys. I figured it out. You have to subscribe, and even then it won't show up on the episode list. It only shows up under unplayed episodes if you subscribe. I wasn't subscribed so it didn't show at all. I prefer not to subscribe because I'm only an occasional listener for any podcast at best and I don't want auto downloads clogging my phone every week, but I can manage.I had no issues accessing on my iPhone via the podcast app.

Haha. I finally watched the replay last night. I wasn't too upset. There's a gigantic drop-off from Villa to Okoli, Camargo to Harrison, Tommy to Rodney and Allen to even Sweat, let alone Mata. The midfield was fine under the circumstances. Hoping Coach V learns from this, but nothing I saw on the pitch shook my belief in this team's ability to win Supporters' Shield or the Cup.Please kill this thread with fire. I'm trying to forget this game.
I don't feel this is fully fair. Aside from the fact that only Villa is Villa, Okoli is a hold-up / target man striker but that is not at all the system we play. I think one thing PV must do is create a different tactical look for deploying Okoli. He's a very talented striker but why bring him in if you're not going to use his strengths? The RSL match would have been the time to run out our "alternate Okoli" more direct system with a 1-1 up top, if we had one. There's a gigantic drop-off from Villa to Okoli
Yeah, that's fair. Okoli also just straight-up needs more game time at this level.I don't feel this is fully fair. Fair - the point I was trying to make was that IMO this was a selection problem and not something more persistent or concerning.Every time the team plays down to an inferior opponent or outplays the opposition makes it that much harder to win the shield. I think there is no way NYCFC wins the shield. Cup maybe if their starting 11 is healthy and they finish as they could throughout the playoffs.
