The good news is that Kreis hasn't ruled out Mix yet. I wouldn't be surprised if he plays. And yeah, the weather is going to be great, but pretty hot. Those thinking about bringing water should do so.

I coulda sworn that I saw it played during a game with no Canadian teams. I might be mistaken though.

During All Star Games in the US (NBA, MLB, MLS, NHL), they'll sing both anthems since teams from both nations are in the league even through its not outright New York vs. Toronto for example rather just West vs. East.

Well, Porter is a good young player and he was playing really well before he suffered a serious knee injury. Dilly Duka was a regular and solid starter for them too I believe.

Basically Kreis hasn't decided yet:

“I don’t know. It’s a decision we’ll have to make together, as a staff, and it will involve some communication with Mix as well,” NYCFC coach Jason Kreis told media on Thursday. “I would say 70 minutes last night playing in Germany was not the ideal situation for us. But we’ll see how he feels and make a decision on Friday.”
