Is that Maxi's son?
Yes. He's 8 years old.

There's being bunkered where you are defending for your lives and can't clear the ball, which is not what took place today, and there's defending in your half where you win the ball and counter and/or press the attack. We were doing the later today. For the first half, Lewis was up front with Villa as a two man attack/counter. In the second half he dropped more into a midfield slot on D, but was definitely the designated breakout guy to bomb forward with Villa. A true bunker wouldn't have given Villa the repetitive support by 2-4 guys on every break out.Looked bunkered to me. Banks of four about ten yards apart and allowing them the ball well into our third was bunkered to me. Chicago looked like they didn't want the ball. I would guess they've had a lot of success on the counter attack. That said, Villa was a one man counter attack.
We were dominating the first twelve minutes though. Thought we'd win, and felt really shitty when the ref fucked up the whole game.
In that case, I'm really looking forward to seeing Maxi peak over the next decade.Yes. He's 8 years old.
That's what pace does for you. Don't recall whether it was Ian or Joe but one of them said more than once that in practices they play half an hour 11 vs 8 just to be able to deal with this sort of situation. You'd never have known that was 11 v 10. Great performance by the lads and we didn't park the bus either
Seriously? Luca is 4!Yes. He's 8 years old.

Lol, sorry. Over my head, clearlyIt's a "short joke" and I kinda feel bad about making it

I will (and expect to) be extremely disappointed if this ref isn't suspended at minimum, and he truly should be investigated.Another ref atrocity I have not seen mentioned was how he harassed Sean Johnson all game. Any time in the second half SJ picked up the ball he was immediately yelling at him to kick it. Doesn't he have 6 seconds from when he picks up the ball during the run of play, he was on him in less than 2 seconds almost every time? He called the game so blatantly one sided that I was seriously starting to wonder if the MLS has a ref game fixing issue similar to what the NBA went though a number of years ago.
Captain Jack!Looked good on him
No shit. Rascal flats list sonuvabitch deserves a kick where his mangos ought to be.Of the agreous referring today, that last challenge on Villa was very ugly. Villa and the Chicago defender both went for the ball. Villa won the ball initially then the Chicago player goes studs up horizontally across Villa landing him straight on the shin. No card. No foul. No whistle. Atrocious. Finally saw how bad it was on the replay. That is the only play I think that DisCo will review and give that player a one game suspension.
