They do have a Peruvian international who has started 7/8 of their WCQ and all of their Copa America games in Christian Ramos, so they are ahead of if we are deciding the game based on caps for Peru.
Quinonez has gotten a lot of time in WCQs for Ecuador.
From a quick glance, de Jesus looks like he might be a key attacker for them. He played with Arouca in Liga NOS last year (for 500 minutes, anyway). Arouca is kind of a dumpy club. He also had a Tony Taylor-like stint with Monterrey a while back. (okay, so I say that and it doesn't look like he's actually played yet this year in the two games I found stats for. He did score 13 for them in 2012.)
